To be a member of the Saigun team, be convinced that you are the best and then follow the following steps:

Step 1: Contact us
Fill in our Online Questionnaire or if you prefer the snail mail, that is fine too. Do let us know what roles interest you the most.

Step 2: We'll come back to you
We'll like to chat with you on phone. Our interest is to match what you like in life to what we like in our people. When we mutually agree that you could do well in Saigun and your attitude, motivation and salary level provide a good fit, we follow it up with a technical interview.

Step 3: Show us your code - developers
Resumes are good and we know all the buzzwords. If you are a developer, this may be a good place to show us your skills. We will email you a problem and would like to see how you write the code. This would enlighten us about your true capabilities.

Step 4: Interrogation
Now the fun starts as we pick you on about your code. You are going to meet one or more of our teams. We will assess your capabilities to learn new technologies, apply yourself to new methodologies and this is where you will find out about us too. We don't mind if you are in your formals, but if you prefer a casual attire - that is how we dress too!

Step 5: Offer
We wouldn't like you to wait in vain. If you're through, you are very much in. Based on our past record, you will be here for a long time and you will be hesitant to part.
